The next 20th of October,  KLUWER FORMATIONS organizes a symposium on " Regulatory issues for compliance and risks officers in banking and insurance ".

This symposium will take place in French and in Dutch. It will be chaired by M. Jean-Claude DELEPIÈRE, deputy public prosecutor at the Court of appeal of Mons and chairman of the CTIF, the unit responsible for handling financial information.

During the symposium, Thierry AFSCHRIFT will get onto the following subject: " Secret bancaire et fisc. Une relation délicate ? ".

He will get onto the new legislation on the lifting of banking secrecy in Belgium, as well as few questions on the issue of the money laundering of the benefit of the tax fraud.
